Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: United Kingdom
Salary: £50,000-£70,000

Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer looking to make an impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking a passionate and innovative Salesforce Developer to join their team, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilise CI/CD practices to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Perform standard administrative tasks such as user account maintenance, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Design and develop custom solutions using APEX and Lightning Web/Aura Components.
  • Manage and collaborate on Salesforce data feeds and integrations.
  • Evaluate, scope, and configure new feature requests.
  • Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare the platform for upgrades.
  • Establish and refine processes for administration, configuration, and change management in collaboration with management.
  • Assist in training users and fostering adoption and awareness of Salesforce across the organisation.
  • Serve as the key liaison between users, vendors, and application development teams across multiple countries.
  • Work independently with stakeholders to define, document, and map processes and requirements.


Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Extensive experience with both Salesforce Lightning and Classic.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Hands-on experience with APEX and Lightning Web/Aura Components.
  • Ability to perform system audits and prepare for platform upgrades effectively.
  • Certifications highly desirable.
