Job Title: Salesforce Product Owner
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum + benefits

Product Owner, in this role you'll set the vision and strategy, working with cross-functional teams to bring high-value solutions to life.
The Role:
- Primary Contact and Specialist: Serve as the primary contact and key specialist for a designated business area or product, ensuring a thorough understanding of how solutions are leveraged to meet business objectives.
- Deep Business Insight and Requirement Collection: Develop a strong grasp of business needs by collaborating with key stakeholders and technical teams to ensure product development aligns with both business and user demands.
- Vision, Strategy, and Roadmap: Work closely with Product and Engagement Leaders to establish a product vision, strategy, and roadmap that support company goals; prioritise updates and manage tools to communicate project tracking.
- Ongoing Evaluation and Change Assessment: Continuously review product goals and stakeholder engagement methods, applying methodologies to evaluate the scale of changes or projects that require additional resources.
- Documenting Requirements: Capture and document business requirements, translating them into scalable technology solutions, and establish metrics to track product success for ongoing enhancement.
- Manage Dependencies and Support Implementation: Identify and document system dependencies, support project launches, and facilitate transition activities like testing, training, and knowledge transfer.
- System Expertise and Optimisation: Collaborate across teams to pinpoint best practices, optimise processes for scalability, and ensure adherence to compliance standards relevant to the business area.
- Engage Stakeholders and Drive Adoption: Keep stakeholders informed of progress, facilitate system adoption through training and demonstrations, and address ad-hoc support needs by implementing efficient processes.
- Industry Awareness and Process Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, actively seek opportunities to improve team processes, and escalate issues through designated channels when necessary.
