VP of Data and Application Integration

Our client is hiring an experienced Data & Integration Architect with a proven track record in the financial services sector. This role is ideal for a professional with deep expertise in Salesforce administration, data architecture, and seamless integration processes. The Architect will lead the design and execution of advanced data-driven solutions to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring integration with third-party applications and robust data reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to the needs of the financial sector.
• Lead integration projects connecting Salesforce with third-party tools, including Outlook, Zendesk, and Tableau.
• Develop and manage data pipelines and workflows using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and other ETL tools.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate data requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Architect and maintain data structures to enable comprehensive reporting and visualization through Tableau.
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and compliance with industry standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and integration.
• Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with tools like Outlook, Zendesk, and Tableau.
• Proficiency in SQL and Azure Data Factory for data workflows.
• Expertise in Tableau for creating impactful reports and data visualizations.
• Comprehensive understanding of the financial services sector.
