Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce development best practices. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience and has worked in a Salesforce consulting partner environment.

As a key technical contributor, you will collaborate with clients, architects, and functional consultants to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize Salesforce integrations with third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Implement and enforce Salesforce best practices, including security, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical guidance.
• Configure and customize Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform solutions.
• Utilize DevOps and CI/CD tools for automated deployments and version control (e.g., Git, SFDX, Copado, Gearset).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a strong focus on Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce.
• Proven experience working in a Salesforce consulting partner environment, delivering solutions for multiple clients.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, security model, and governor limits.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and data synchronization techniques.
• Familiarity with SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Object Model.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (SFDX, Git, CI/CD, automated testing).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications (preferred).
