We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expert who will be at the heart of creating dynamic customer journeys, engaging email campaigns, and slick automation's. What You'll Be Doing:

• Building and managing exciting customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation's with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (think Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio).
• Analyzing customer data from a variety of sources to create targeted segmentation and smart campaign strategies.
• Partnering with campaign managers to brainstorm and bring to life data-driven marketing strategies.
• Defining personalized customer engagement strategies and automating them for maximum impact.
• Sharing your Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise with the team and helping everyone level up!
• Making sure customer data is easily accessible and used effectively across departments.
• Keeping up with the latest and greatest in marketing technology, and suggesting how we can improve and innovate internally.
• Setting up performance reports to track how well campaigns, customer groups, and segments are performing.
• Working closely with the Marketing and IT teams to keep things running smoothly and to bring new ideas to life.

Your Superpowers:

• You're a Salesforce Marketing Cloud whiz, with solid experience in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPScript, HTML, SCSS and Email Studio.
• Bonus points if you're familiar with tools like Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, ERP, CRM systems, and data warehouses.
• You have a sharp analytical mind and a natural flair for understanding data, systems, and tools.
• You're proactive, results-driven, and love to see projects through from start to finish.
• Organizational skills are your jam! You keep things moving forward and know how to bring people together to get things done.
• You're a trusted and credible go-to person for colleagues and partners.
• You have an eagle-eye for detail and are all about delivering quality work.
• Fluency in Dutch or French is essential (bonus if you can speak both!).
