About the Company

Mason Frank International is in collaboration with our client, a rapidly growing IT consultancy in North America. We're looking for a Senior Salesforce nCino Developer who has significant experience in design, development, and deployment within the Salesforce ecosystem, as well as essential knowledge of nCino design and development.

This role starts as a 3-month contract with a guaranteed opportunity for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Guide the solution and application architecture for various-sized projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Implement and optimize Salesforce solutions to support business processes and improve user experience
• Ensure data integrity and security by managing permissions, roles, and data access within Salesforce
• Execute the delivery of complex projects across multiple clients maintaining compliance with client and company standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Skills:

• Expertise in nCino design and development (MUST BE NCINO CERTIFIED TO APPLY)
• Have a strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and best practices
• Extensive experience in Salesforce DevOps practices
• Have experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in leading and managing teams
