Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business units to align IT strategies with key business objectives.
• Create and maintain architectural artifacts, including context diagrams, conceptual, logical, and physical architectures.
• Develop and enforce architectural principles, guidelines, and technology standards for organization-wide use.
• Analyze the current architectural landscape for efficiencies and define target states with transition plans and roadmaps.
• Lead or contribute to vendor, technology, and tool selection processes.
• Research industry trends and recommend technologies and methodologies to stakeholders at all levels.
• Promote the development and utilization of Enterprise IT assets and services across business units.
• Define governance structures such as architecture and technology review boards and actively enforce alignment with principles and standards.
• Provide architectural support, mentoring, and guidance to architects and project teams.
• Contribute to the advancement of Enterprise Architecture processes.
• Perform additional duties as required and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience:
  • Significant professional experience in Enterprise Architecture., 8+ Years of experience
  • Expertise in developing architectural models with specialization in one or more areas (business, information, application/technical architecture) and breadth across all disciplines.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture tools and frameworks.
  • Proven experience in product evaluations and buy-or-build decisions.
  • Programming experience in languages like C#, Java, .NET, or C++ is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IBM Content Management Systems (e.g., FileNet P8) is advantageous.
  • Background in insurance or financial systems is a bonus.
