Salesforce Developer (m/f/d)

Mason Frank International is a Salesforce specialised recruitment company. We are currently supporting one of our clients (a software company) in Bern to find their next Salesforce Developer.

The role:

• You will enhance the integration between Cisco Contact Center and Salesforce, working on a Redux-Saga/React based web app.
• You will build custom Lightning components and work on Service Cloud Voice, implementing typical enhancements such as advanced call routing, real-time transcription, and AI-driven insights.
• This role will involve you going beyond low-code/no-code skills in order to develop complex solutions, ensuring seamless communication experiences for the company's clients.

Your profile:

• +5 years of experience in modern web development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript)
• You have experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, LWC and APEX and ideally have several Salesforce certifications
• Experience and good knowledge in Redux-Saga/React
• You're a team player who has a flair for innovations and concepts on new software solutions
• You're comfortable in an agile work environment (Scrum)
• You speak fluent English, German would be a plus

A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss/EU Citizenship is required for this role
