About Them: A globally recognized organization undergoing a significant digital transformation. They are transitioning from their existing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Salesforce, and are in need for a highly skilled Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to lead and support this monumental change.

Role Overview: As a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a critical role in their digital transformation journey. You will leverage your extensive Salesforce expertise to manage and deliver complex implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your deep technical knowledge, combined with strong functional and business analysis skills, will be essential in driving their Salesforce initiatives to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full-cycle Salesforce implementations, from initial requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Develop and maintain complex configurations and declarative logic within Salesforce, including flows, objects, and other custom solutions.
• Utilize Apex programming to create custom solutions and extend Salesforce functionalities.
• Oversee CI/CD release management processes to ensure smooth and efficient deployment cycles.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
• Provide expert guidance and support to business stakeholders, ensuring they are fully engaged and informed throughout the transformation process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective integration of Salesforce within the broader digital ecosystem.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading multiple full-cycle Salesforce implementations within complex, international organizations.
• Strong technical expertise in Salesforce, including Apex programming, configuration, and complex declarative logic.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD release management processes and tools.
• Excellent business analysis skills with a track record of managing business stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in transitioning from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Must be living in Belgium and do not require visa sponsorship for this role
