Role Overview

As a Salesforce CPQ Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce CPQ solutions for a diverse range of clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions that drive business value. Your expertise will help clients streamline their sales processes and enhance their overall Salesforce experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions
• Conduct discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements and understand business processes
• Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to meet client specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce modules
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions
• Train and mentor clients and junior consultants on Salesforce CPQ best practices
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce CPQ features and updates to continually enhance client solutions

Requirements

• 1 - 4 years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Consultant or in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and its capabilities
• Strong understanding of sales processes and business workflows
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of the English language with fluency in either Dutch or French (Mandatory)
• Salesforce CPQ certification is a plus
