Salesforce Voice Lead

Location- 3 day's per week in London, Start date- ASAP

Contract Type- Permanent. Hours- Full Time, Salary - £80,000-£85,000

This role will be a vital role in the transformation of voice and omni-channel communication systems. This role will support the global head on system services across 35 locations globally

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the wider IT and salesforce teams to deliver an integrated solution
• Maintain Voice compliance across global locations
• Oversee 2 staff members (an Engineer and analyst)
• Work closely with various contact centres within the business

Requirements

• Experience with Voice communication systems
• Strong project management experience
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• Experience with Voice Compliance policy's.
• General understanding of Telecommunications, Telephony, Voice
• Ability to be hands on
