Position Overview: My client is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce solutions and a passion for helping businesses achieve their goals through innovative technology. As a Salesforce Consultant, you will work closely with their customers to understand their needs, design tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and understand their business processes.
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client needs and enhance their business operations.
• Lead projects from discovery through to support and maintenance, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for implemented solutions, addressing any issues and making improvements as needed.
• Stay updated with Salesforce best practices and new features to continuously improve our service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with a strong track record of successful implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and others.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design creative solutions to complex business challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
• Fluency in Dutch and or French & English (Dutch or French mandatory)
