    My client are currently looking for a Salesforce Project Manager to join their team for 3 months, with a strong potential to extend.

    The successful candidate should obtain the following credentials;
    • 8+ years Salesforce experience
    • Hands-on experience in delivering Salesforce solutions
    • Strong ability managing projects delivery within commercial and contractual obligations
    • Proficient with Sales and Service Cloud
    • Obtain Multiple Salesforce certifications (Highly desirable)


    This role will be great opportunity for someone who has a strong understanding of business processes and how these can be implemented in Salesforce.

    In this specific role, your main responsibilities will be as follows;
    • Provide support to clients on the transformational aspects of Salesforce in relation to sales, service and marketing process execution
    • Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
    • Ensure that the project is fully aligned with all other projects within the associated portfolio/programme or other affected programmes

    Expected Functions / Key Results:
    • Responsible for overseeing the production of deliverables, managing and running complex enterprise projects, ensuring timely closeout of requirements and projects, providing timely status updates to the clients, and working closely with various technical and non-technical team members.
    • Participate in client discovery sessions with a primary focus on documentation of existing business processes and identifying client needs.
    • Managing a team of developers and consultants in developing Salesforce projects.
    • Developing metrics for each project to determine paths to success.
    • Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders and acting as the first point of contact for clients.
    • Conducting regular project meetings with your Project team.
    • Ensuring that your team produces work that adheres to Salesforce's best-design principles.






    Requirements:
    • 3 + years of experience working with Salesforce on different platforms.
    • Salesforce Certifications.
    • Project experience with Health organizations is a plus.
    • Salesforce administration/configuration work (for example: workflow rules, process builder, UX updates, reporting, etc.)
    • Expertise in project management tooling and workflows (Jira, Wrike, etc.)
    • Presentation, meeting, planning, and communication experience across various audiences (in-team, cross-team, executive, etc.)
    • Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
