    🔍 What You'll Be Doing:
    • Leading the development lifecycle in a scrum team across solution design, build, deployment, and support.
    • Ensuring best practices are followed using tools like Copado, GitHub, Codescan.io, Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and more.
    • Managing and monitoring code quality, performing code reviews, and validating test coverage.
    • Maintaining a Kanban board and contributing to Agile ceremonies, including estimation sessions and retrospectives.
    • Leading deployment readiness, including rehearsals, implementation planning, and governance alignment.
    • Designing and running Proof of Concepts (POCs).
    • Tracking contact center performance metrics and ensuring platform uptime.
    • Supporting and mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with testers and cross-functional team members.
